Order of the Lords of the Committee of Council referring back to this board their representation to His Majesty upon an act of Virginia for docking the entail of certain lands in the county of Charles City and vesting the same in Philip Lightfoot Esq. in fee simple, to reconsider thereof and inform themselves, whether Elizabeth, the wife of Beverly Randolph has any issue, or is of an age to be capable of having any; and report the same to the Lords of the Committee of Council for Plantation Affairs : Order 14 Jan 1742.
