- The work of the Argentinean artist duo Mondongo (Juliana Lafitte (b. Argentina 1974) and Manuel Mendanha (b. Argentina 1976)) is characterized by a reinterpretation of classic works and topics from the history of art. Ninety years after the creation of "Manifestación", the emblematic work of Antonio Berni (Colección Malba), The artistic duo pays tribute to the noted artist with an exhibition and a site-specific installation in which they present their version of Berni's art piece. The catalogue, in addition to reproducing the exhibited works of the collective Grupo Mondongo and documenting the site-specific installation in the museum, includes texts specially commissioned for the project from an art history, film, literature, and contemporary urban perspective. Signed by twelve authors from different disciplines, the contributions compose a unique and choral text around the concept of "manifestation".
