Summary:

The 7th Avenue Garden was created by David Horvitz and Terremoto. It is located on a vacant lot across from Horvitz's studio where a house had burned down in an old Japanese neighborhood where Horvitz spent his childhood. It consists of remnants of the demolished LACMA buildings, oyster and clam shells, a crow perch, sea urchins, stones, broken ceramics, Turkish fishing nets, bells, found mirrors, hundreds of native plant species, and structures built from fallen trees in Los Angeles for hosting performances.
