An act for confirming a partition of so many of the estates of Charles late Duke of Somerset, deceased, as were by him settled and devised to the Use of Frances late Marchioness of Granby and of Charlotte Countess of Aylesford, his Two Daughters, and their Issue, in strict Settlement, with several Remainders over; and for vesting and settling the intire Premises to the several Uses therein mentioned; and for the several other Purposes therein mentioned.
