An answer to the complaint and indictment preferred against John Coates, junr. of the city of Coventry, chandler, at the assizes held in the said city, on Saturday, the 19th day of March, 1791. Wherein it is proved, that many assertions therein are false; that such Indictment is unprecedented;- and that a candle-house, except in some uncommon Situation, is not, and ought not, to be deemed a nuisance.
