Proposals for printing by subscription a new translation of the Iliad and Odyssey : of Homer, into blank verse, by W. Cowper, Of The Inner Temple, Esq. Conditions. I. The Work will be printed on a new Letter, in Two large Volumes in Quarto. II. The Price will be Three Guineas for the Royal Paper, and Two Guineas for the Common Paper, in Boards; Half to be paid at the Time of subscribing, and the other Half on delivery of the Work, which will be put to Press as soon as Three Hundred Subscribers have sent in their Names. III. Subscribers Names will be printed, unless forbid. Subscriptions are received by J. Johnson, in St. Paul's Church-Yard; J. Walter, at Charing-Cross; and J. Debrett, in Piccadilly. Of whom may be had, Mr. Cowper's Poems, in Two Vols. Price 8s. in Boards.
