To be reported by Lord Stonefield : July 24. 1772. Lord Stonefield. The cause called. The Lord Ordinary makes avisandum to the Lords with the memorials now given in for either party; and appoints them to print the said memorials, and lodge copies thereof in the Lords boxes on Wednesday next, under an amand of twenty shillings Sterling each. July 22. 1772. Memorial for James Earl Fife, Captain Robert Duff of Logie, and others, defenders; against Sir Ludovick Grant of Grant, James Grant, Esq, younger of Grant, and Major-General Francis Grant, pursuers.
