At a committee of accounts, 15th February, 1793 : In pursuance of a Reference from the Court of the 6th Instant, the Committee have taken into their Consideration the several Accounts therein mentioned; they have moreover consulted the Advices from India, and the different Officers in their respective Departments. In consequence thereof, they submit to the Court the following Estimate of the Company's Affairs in India, and in Europe, with a View to ascertain what will be the probable Surplus resulting from the Whole in Times of profound Peace.
