A bill for making more effectual an Act passed in the eighth year of Her Majesty's reign, entituled, An act for vesting the estate and effects of John Coggs and John Dann, goldsmiths and co-partners, in trustees, for the speedier payment of their creditors, and for determining differences thereupon; and for the more effectual vesting the estates and effects of Thomas Pitkin and Thomas Brerewood, still standing out, in trustees, for the use and benefit of the creditors of the said John Coggs and John Dann.
