Consisting of some of the first works of the following great and esteemed Masters: Titian, Polidore, L. Da Vinci, Bassan, Barroccio, Aug. Carracci, Albano, P. D. Veccio, C. Marratt, Schidoni, Valesque, Gisolphi, Paduanino, Guido, Poussin, Trevesani, L. Giordano, Canaletti, Rubens, Van Dyck, Rembrandt, Cuyp, Berghem, Both, &c. Particularly A Remarkable Fine Picture of a Madona and child, by Van Dyck, in the Stile of Titian; The Nativity, a capital Cabinet Picture, by Nich. Poussin; A Landscape, a very beautiful Picture, by Berghem, from the Choisoul Collection; a man selling fish; a Chef D'oeuvre, by Jan Steen. Which will be sold by auction By Mr. Christie, At his Great Room, Pall Mall, On Monday, May the 26th, 1800, at Twelve o'clock. To be publickly viewed Two Days preceding the Sale, when Catalogues may be had at the Rainbow Coffee House, and in Pall Mall.
