The office of the judge, promoted by Collet and Havard, against Evanson. Depositions of Witnesses taken on the Part and Behalf of Henry Collet Esq; and Neast Havard Gentleman, the Parties agent or promovent in the aforesaid Business of Office or Correction, now depending in the Consistory Court of the Diocese of Glocester, between the said Henry Collet and Neast Havard, the Parties voluntarily promoting the said Business on the one Part, and the Reverend Edward Evanson, Clerk, Vicar of the Vicarage and Parish Church of Tewkesbury, in the County and Diocese of Glocester, the Party against whom the said Business is promoted, on the other Part, by Virtue of a Commission issued under the Seal of the Consistory Court of the Diocese of Glocester, bearing Date the Thirty first Day of March, 1774, and which said Commission was opened in the Parish Church of Tewkesbury aforesaid, on Wednesday the Sixth Day of April, in the said Year 1774.
