- The second leaf contains 'Union Society, for insurance from loss by fire, established in the year 1714. This Society, at their office in Cornhill, opposite Birchin-Lane, insure all merchandise in warehouse [sic], implements and goods in trade, ..' with the date at foot of the announcement: "1st October, 1799", after which comes a list of the "present directors" and the colophon, which reads "Printed by Mount & Davidson, Tower-Hill".
