Notes:
Vol.2 is dated 1786, vols.3-5, 1789.
It seems that Kelly translated vol.1 only and Harrison relied thereafter on Tindal's translation and continuation; thus what began as a 2 vol. work, by vol.3 was considered to be a 4 vol. work and in fact became at least 5, which closes with the accession of George III.
The continuation to 1786 may not have been published, although vol.5 ends with: 'End of vol.1 of Tindal's continuation.
Vols.1-3 were issued in 146 parts, vols.4-5 in 109 parts.
Vol.5 is supplied with the titlepage to vol.4 with part of the number erased to read V.
Vol.2-5 bear the title: The history of England written originally in French by M. Rapind Theyras; vol.2 omits the word originally.
