- Published some time between September 22 and November 29, 1705, when Bragg advertised it in the Flying Post as 'just published'. The address of the publisher confirms that the correct date is 1705, not 1706 (J.A. Downie, 'Robert Harley and the Press', 1979, and 'Newsletters t Newspapers: 18th century journalism .. a symposium', 1977, p.1-21).
