Together with the substance of forty-six petitions presented against th forme treaty, by the manufacturing interests of Great Britain, Faithfully Transcribed from the Journals of the House of Commons. And likewise a brief narrative of the reception of the same treaty by the public, and the Final Decision upon it in Parliament.
