Address to the poor of Northrepps, in the county of Norfolk, on an occasion of private beneficence to them, and delivered at the said parish church on Thursday the 22nd of January 1795; containing some religions and civil principles suitable to the times. To which is prefixed an Epistle to the Church-Wardens of Cromer, in the said county, On their active Goodness in destring to print some Copies of such Address, at their own private cost, To distribute among the Poor of that Parish. In the Course of which Epistle, it seeming a favorable medium for so doing, Is conveyed for candid Consideration a few strictures relative to the religious and official duties incumbent upon Church-Wardens and every official Lay Person about the Church. With additional Matter concerning the Complexion of the present critical Period, as seriously calling for every religious reformation. Including an invaluable Part of the dying charge to his clergy Of the late good and Pious Prelate, Horne, Lord Bishop of Norwich, As necessary in this faithless Generation to be propagated to all People. by Rev. Thoma Finch, curate of aforesaid churches.
