Text in first part is continuous despite pagination.
Pp.[1]-2 (lst count) exists in two settings; in one, found as an uncancelled and cancelled leaf, the drop-head title reads: 'Papal usurpation and persecution'; in the second, a cancel, the drop-head title reads: 'A supplemental collection to the Book of Martyrs'.
