- 23 issues of 'Shop Talk', the magazine of McEwan's and from December 1977. Each issue is [around] 8 pages long and contains articles on news around the store and educational articles for staff (features include what to do in the event of an armed robbery and petty shop lifting, and the role of the new AV department), there are also short articles on staff announcements (marriages, births, retirement etc.) for various branches. There are reports on staff events such as balls and sports competitions, staff clubs, and reports of staff in the local news for extra curricular activities.
