Includes text of resolutions agreeing to the Union of Scotland and England. Issued with proclamations, acts, and division lists, the latter on folded sheets.

Supplemental sheets (obl. 1/2⁰) published with lists of those voting on bills, begin with no. 19 (12 Nov. 1706); from no. 21 each has identifying note at head of text reading: "This belongs to Minuts ... ", followed by the issue number.
Publication slightly irregular; no issue appears on the days when no session is held.
