The imprint of book II has "J. Darby" in place of "R. Tookey"; that of book III reads: printed by Benj. Harris; for William Marshal; and that of the supplement: printed by J. Dawks, and are to be sold by William Marshall.
The supplement is entitled 'A supplement to the book intituled, Gospel mysteries unveil'd: ..' and was printed on at least two presses according to its errata on p. 144.
The final [4]p. contain the index to the supplement.
