The imprints vary: No. I is "printed for James Knapton; J. Roberts; J. Harrison; and A. Dodd" and is the second edition, 1718; nos. II, IV are "printed for R. Burleigh"; nos. III, V, VI are "printed for R. Burleigh, and J. Harrison"; nos. VII, VIII are "printed for R. Burleigh, J. Harrison, and A. Dodd"; nos. IX-XII are "printed for J. Harrison, and A. Dodd".
