Reissued in 1738 with a cancel title and an additional advertisement leaf, 'printed for, and sold by A. Millar' (T152016); again reissued in 1739 with a cancel title (without the advertisement lead), 'printed for and sold by Olive Payne' (T152017).
Part (all before p. 301) printed by William Bowyer; his records show 700 copies printed on English crown and 50 on thick crown. The remainder was printed by Samuel Richardson.
