Notes:
Consists of 'An essay on the proportions of Eclipse', 'Lectures on the elements of farriery' and 'The posthumous works of Charles Vial de Sainbel', each with separate titlepage, register and pagination.
The 'Lectures on farriery' is probably a reissue of the 1793 edition (with some plates dated 1795); in this issue pp. vi-vii indicate that it was supplied with a box of six horse shoes and model hoofs. This issue also lacks the final leaf of advertisements.
The account of Sainbel's life is probably by Granville Penn.
