An Act for establishing the chappel at Pompion Hill in the Parish of St Thomas as a Parochial Chapel of ease for the said Chapel forever and for repealing such part of the second paragraph of an act of the General Assembly of this Province passed 18th December 1708 intitled and additional act to an act intitled an act for the establishment of Religious Worship in this Province according to the Church of England : Legislation 1747.
