An Act to nominate and appoint commissioners of the High Ways in the Upper Settlements on Pedee Waccamaw and Black Rivers with Power to establish Ferrys at such convenient places within the several districts therein mentioned as a majority of the commissioners of the said respective Districts shall direct and to appoint High Way and Bridge Commissioners for Sax Gotha Township : Legislation 1747.
