An Act for putting in force in this province part of an act of the parliament of England, made in the fifth and sixth years of the Reign of kind Edward the Sixth against buying and selling of Offices, and also part of an act of the parliament of Great Britain made in the Second Year of the Reign of our Most Gracious Sovereign Lord, King George the Second Intituled an "Act for the more effectual preventing and further punishment of Forgery perjury and subornation of perjury and to make it Felony to Steal Bonds notes or other Securities for payment of Money" and also part of another act of the parliament of Great Britain made in the Seventh year of the Reign of his present Majesty Intituled "an act for the more effectual precenting the Forging the acceptance of Bills of Exchange or the numbers or principal sums of accountable Receipts for Notes Bills or other securities for payment of money or warrants or Orders for payment of Money or Delivery of Goods and for the more effectual putting in Execution the Said Several Acts in this Province : Legislation 1737.
