- Summary:
- From medieval manuscripts to 20th-century artist's books, graphic designer Gustavo Piqueira sews together 57 volumes of his private collection - from famous pieces to little-circulated volumes - in a single thread and analyzes them in a fluid text to question the usual categorizations of the book and its authors and, thus, broaden the reader's perception of the multiple voices that can occupy the printed territory. Gustavo Piqueira is the main proprietor of Casa Rex in São Paulo, that its largest, had a London office and employed around 60 people. Piqueira majored in architecture at the Universidade de São Paulo and has received over 500 international graphic design awards.
