The two issues are chiefly devoted to a defence of the actions of certain army personnel during the affair of Leschi. The 2nd issue appeared after the execution of Leschi. August V. Kautz, William F. Tolmie, and Frank Clark probably produced the paper, and Kautz probably did most of the writing.
