Summary:
Universities and institutions in the New Aquitaine-Euskadi Navarre Euroregion, used to cooperating with each other, have decided to formalise this partnership by organising cross-border summer courses. The first two editions, held in July 2022 and 2023 in Bayonne, have proved their effectiveness as a strategic meeting place and a centre for the dissemination of intercultural and multilingual knowledge. This first collective work, which includes the texts from the 2023 edition, is entitled 'Cross-border environments' and focuses on the diversity of content that characterises them: natural, educational and digital. Taking into account one of the objectives of the cross-border summer courses and the editorial line of the Presses universitaires de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour (PUPPA), the book is intended both for academics (teachers, researchers and students) and civil society.
