From the Colton Storm catalogue: "J. J. Lipsey, Colorado Springs bookseller, in issuing a reprint of this edition in 1952 states that the original edition "has become one of the most desired, most difficult to find pieces of Southwest Americana... A famous bibliographer of the West, anxious to study and describe the booklet had every Americana specialist advertising for it. He never got an offer. Only two copies were located and they were not for sale."
