Design, layout, and printing were done by Graham Moss and Kathy Whalen at Incline Press ... The edition is of 250 copies. Of these, 225 bound in marbled paper are contained in a slipcase, while the 25 specials, each with a unique ebru frontispiece and a matched binding, are boxed. Ann Muir marbled these papers to illustrate this book"--Colophon
