A link between Danyèl Waro and the group Lindigo, the charismatic Christine Salem stands out for her seductive musical mixes. Captured on the stage of 360, a new concert hall located in Barbès, the Reunionese singer offers, for the fourteenth edition of the Au Fil Des Voix festival, a set for the less authentic. Fundamentally incantatory, the maloya of the former singer of Salem Tradition here testifies to a complex island culture, marked in particular by syncretism and incandescents served kabaré-syle.
