Summary:
Magazine album of Bicentennial protest photographs taken by Allan Lee Koss
"On July 3, 1976 protesters meet in Humboldt Park Chicago to board a bus bound for Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. America's bicentennial celebration hoopla with President Gerald Ford will be held downtown. Officials could not prevent a counter march and rally, but put us off to the Afro-American section of town. All was non-violent (contrary to scare propaganda) and a well-received specatcle by the Black community." - Allan Lee Koss
