- Add Ms 19333 is a fair copy of the verse translation by Lucy Hutchinson of the six books of Lucretius's De Rerum Natura, which she dedicates to Arthur Annesley, Earl of Anglesey, Lord Keeper of the Privy Seal. The printed version she disparages in the dedicatory letter to Anglesey is John Evelyn, An essay on the first book of T. Lucretius Carus De rerum natura (1656). The note at the front dates the presentation of the ms to 11th June 1675. The main text has been copied out by a scribe, with corrections and marginal notes by Hutchinson, and the arguments prefacing each book are in Hutchinson's own hand. Poem lengths are taken from Hugh de Quehen's edition (see bibliography).
