- On July 29, 2023, affected by Super Typhoon "Dusuri," the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region experienced heavy rainfall. As one of the areas most severely affected by the disaster, regions such as Fangshan, Mentougou, and Fengtai in Beijing encountered successive dangerous situations. A week after the flood occurred, the "Phoenix Focus" production team returned to the disaster relief scene in Mentougou. The residents of Luopoling, who rescued the K396 train, had not yet returned to their own homes, and many disaster-affected residents were still living in relocation sites.
