Summary:
In the early months of 2020, the world was shaken by a mysterious virus that would come to be known as COVID-19. As the virus spread rapidly, it brought with it a storm of unprecedented challenges and hardships, particularly for small business owners. This is the case of two young entrepreneurs, Shekhar and Mukesh, who had been working tirelessly to build their food outlet "Mad Flavours." They had a passion for giving people experience through their creative food. Their business was flourishing, and they had big plans for the future. But then came the pandemic, and everything changed. The events industry was one of the hardest hit, as countries went into lockdown and gatherings were banned. Shekhar and Mukesh found themselves in a tight spot, with an uncertain future. As the days went by, they were faced with one dilemma after another. Should they lay off their staff or try to find alternative sources of income? Should they pivot their business model, or wait it out and hope for the best? Should they persist or permanently close the business? Every decision they pondered seemed to bring with it a new set of risks and unknowns.
