- Summary:
- There is arguably no other rivalry in college athletics more heated than Alabama and Auburn, which Josh, a digital reporter at the TV station WSFA in Montgomery, Alabama, is currently being reminded of-as if he ever forgot. Working in the newsroom during college football season, Josh finds himself locked into a conversation with an angry viewer. The viewer is upset that Alabama, which is playing in the College Football Playoff, is receiving more news coverage than Auburn, which is playing in a non-playoff bowl game. Josh ultimately learns the viewer is a disgruntled Auburn fan tired of hearing about Alabama's successful season. Hearing the complaints, Josh attempts to strategically explain the news value of the College Football Playoff as opposed to other bowl games. As the call continues, and at times becomes heated, Josh must defuse the situation to ensure WSFA does not also lose a viewer in the process.
