Lynn Meyers looked at the consultant's report on her desk and wondered aloud "How am I going to address this?" She had just come from a Moving Machine (MM) executive team meeting, where she learned from Chief Executive Officer Manuel Norstra that he had received a consultant's report that emphasized strategic and tactical improvements needed in MM's recruitment and selection of employees.
