This multi-author clinical guide provides an evidence-based account of the orthodontic management of class II malocclusion. It begins with an overview of class II malocclusion including clinical examples and epidemiological data. This is followed by a chapter discussing timing of treatment, both early and late, and pre- and post-pubertal interventions.
