- Award-winning director and stuntman Lasse Spang Olsen embarks on an adventure in the Philippines, ending with his crucifixion using 7-inch nails. After surviving a near-fatal accident, Lasse decides to seek God through crucifixion, inspired by Filipino men who undergo this ritual to connect with God.
