'Doomstone Citadel' is set during World War II, you’ll step into the boots of a skilled allied Commando on a daring mission to infiltrate the infamous Doomstone Citadel and dismantle the terror war machine from within. You will learn to create a polished grabbing mechanic using Orientation Handles and Hand Poses. Then go on to implement a second form of Interaction, i.e., Distant Interactions, by implementing a Distance Grab Mechanic, followed by implementing a Telekinesis Grab, where you will have dropped objects levitate to your hand. Next, we will learn to implement VRTK’s Seamless Locomotion system which would best suit your VR FPS game. This is followed by setting up Pseudo Body to represent your real-world body. Learn the mechanics involved with Distant Interaction by Distance Grabbing an object in VR. Find out how to implement Seamless Locomotion for your game. Undersatnd Vignette – Tunnelling effect to avoid motion sickness. Intermediate Unity developers who are well versed with the Unity Editor would find the book useful.
