Rosario Quispe conformó una asociación de mujeres tejedoras que da sostén a las comunidades aborígenes de la puna. En 2005 fue nominada al Premio Nobel de la Paz.

Generate future where there is none? The same question was asked by a Kolla woman who in 1994 when the mines closed and in the North of Argentina was left without a job. Rosario Quispe formed an association of women weavers that supports the aboriginal communities of the puna. In 2005 she was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.
