- En un día lluvioso, una niña crea un hombrecillo de papel de periódico. Mágicamente, el hombrecillo cobra vida y se hacen amigos. La niña le lleva al parque a jugar con sus amigos, pero cuando el hombrecillo habla, sólo puede hablar de tragedias, guerra y miseria. El hombrecillo se marcha triste, porque él no quiere ser así. Necesita cambiar. Así que entra en una lavandería, de dónde sale blanco y reluciente. Vuelve a jugar con los niños y todo parece ir sobre ruedas, pero cuando intenta hablar, no puede emitir ningún sonido. Está vacío. Se marcha de nuevo, y en su camino descubre un bosque, en el que se adentra sin dudarlo. A través de la observación de la naturaleza, el hombrecillo se va llenando de colores y palabras hermosas, convirtiéndose en un mensaje de optimismo y esperanza para los niños.
- On a rainy day, a girl creates a little man made from newspaper. Magically, the little man comes alive and they become friends. The girl takes him to the park to play with her friends, but when the little man speaks, he can only talk about tragedy, war, and misery. The little man leaves saddened because he does not want to be like that. He needs to change. So, he goes into a laundry, where he comes out white and shiny. He plays with the children again and everything seems to go well, but when he tries to talk, he cannot make a sound. He is empty. He leaves again, and on his way, he discovers a forest, which he enters without hesitation. Through the observation of nature, the little man is filled with colors and beautiful words, becoming a message of optimism and hope for the children.
