Summary:

Ravi es un niño huérfano que vive con su abuela en una aldea del sur de la India. Cada día recorre un largo camino hasta la escuela de otro pueblo aunque podría asistir a la de su propia aldea. Pero en su pueblo no le quieren, aunque Ravi no entiende por qué. Sólo su amiga Krishnaveni parece estar a gusto a su lado.

Ravi is an orphan boy who lives with his grandmother in a village in the south of India. To go to school, he must travel far every day to go to another village, even though he could attend his own village's school. But, in his village, he is not wanted, although he does not understand why. Only his friend Krishnaveni seems to be happy at his side.
