Summary:

Después de... es un fiel reflejo del período de cambios políticos y sociales ocurridos en España tras la muerte de Franco y que culminaron en el fallido intento de Golpe de Estado el 23 de febrero de 1981. Un seguimiento de los sucesos de la época, un buen surtido de documentación ficticia, supuestos de carnets de prensa de diferentes partidos y agrupaciones políticas y a veces un inesperado regalo de providencia, permitió a las cámaras filmar momentos históricos y declaraciones explosivas. La película fue "secuestrada" burocráticamente por un largo período de tiempo y se le arrebató cualquier tipo de ayuda económica. En una edición supervisada por la propia Cecilia Bartolomé, presentamos "Después de...", por primera vez tal como fue imaginada por sus creadores: con montajes-resumen al final de la 1 parte y al inicio de la 2 y con rótulos indicativos de los lugares dónde transcurre la acción. Un ineludible documento para conocer la Transición y a quiénes la protagonizaron y vivieron, además de un título clave del género documental de plena vigencia.

After... it is a faithful reflection of the period of political and social changes that occurred in Spain after the death of Franco and culminated in the failed coup attempt on February 23, 1981. A follow-up of the events of the time, a good assortment of fictitious documentation, assumptions of press cards of different parties and political groups and sometimes an unexpected gift of providence, allowed the cameras to film historical moments and explosive statements. The film was bureaucratically "hijacked" for a long period of time and any financial aid was taken away from it. In an edition supervised by Cecilia Bartolomé herself, we present "Después de...", for the first time as it was imagined by its creators: with montages-summary at the end of the 1st part and at the beginning of the 2nd and with signs indicating the places where the action takes place. An unavoidable document to know the Transition and those who starred and lived it, as well as a key title of the documentary genre of full validity.
