Summary:
A report on California's Felony Murder Rule, which specifies that people found guilty of lesser crimes must be sentenced to life as murderers when they are in the company of someone who commits murder. Focuses on 17-year-old Brandon Hein who with three teenage friends was convicted of murder although only one of the groups actually committed the crime.
