Summary:
A feature film fantasy, in which a democratic state is ruled by women. The women's mannerisms are masculine, and the men are effeminate. Their roles are reversed as a result of the fallout from the explosion of a "chemical" bomb, which the woman head of state purchases from an alien power, in order to avenge the excesses perpetrated by a male-dominated society on women. The story ends up being all a bad dream of a heretofore unreasonably chauvinistic husband, who loses no time in patching up with his estranged wife.
