- Summary:
- "Rabbi Avishi David was ordained to the rabbinate at the "Rabbi Yitzchak Elchanan" yeshiva while studying with Torah giants: Rabbi Yosef Dov Halevi Soloveitchik ztzel and Rabbi Nissan Alpert ztzel, from whom Rabbi David acquired a vast amount of knowledge that he shares today with his students around the world . Before his immigration to the Land of Israel in the year 5784, he served as the head of the "Or Haim" yeshiva and the "Orot Studio" in Toronto, Canada. Upon his immigration, he was appointed Rabbi of the "Or Etzion" yeshiva and headed the "Jerusalem Harbinger College" for women. Since Elul 5777 Harev David has been the head of the "Torat Sharaga" yeshiva in Jerusalem, a high yeshiva for students abroad. For the past twenty-five years he has served as rabbi of the "Leumi Torah Midrash" in Beit Shemesh and is currently the rabbi of the "Beit Tefila Yona Avraham" congregation in Ramat Beit Shemesh. As part of them, many lessons were played and prepared, on which this series of books is based. Rabbi David excels as a rabbi, as a teacher and a wonderful educator, and in delivering lessons and sermons to all classes. And it's all about the love of the Torah and the love of Israel that are deeply rooted in him in the recesses of his soul and heart."-- Judaica Plaza website: https://judaicaplaza.com/products/7060441
