- Inscribed: After marriage resettled in Philadelphia until the 1 of June 1814. Moved to Bristol. Moved from Bristol to [illegible] on the Allegheny River on the 16 May and arrived there on the 10th June, 1816. From thence moved to Stubenville, Ohio on the 14th April 1819. Returned to Philadelphia on the 26th day of November 1820. [and] Philadelphia January 1st, 1821.
