- Some issues lack chronological designation.

- Vol. 5, no. 19-30 lack chronological designation, title and imprint; were published together in late Jan. 1692 as an appendix to earlier issues.
- Supplements accompany the first five collected volumes.

- Vol. 5 includes a cumulative index to vols. 1-5 which also indexes the Supplements, The Young Student's Library, and The History of the Athenian Society; although later indexes were intended, none are known to have been published.
